In brief: Anthos is building Threefold, an opt-in relationship enrichment experience for adults. We do not sell personal information or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS enrollment is currently paused pending carrier approval.
Who operates this service
Anthos and the Threefold program are operated by Adam Bell, sole proprietor, as part of The Marriage Project. This policy covers the Anthos website and Threefold experience, including its future optional SMS program.
What information we collect
Depending on the features you choose, information may include your name or display name, phone number, consent status and timestamps, message content, program preferences, responses, selected experiences, and limited technical information used to operate and protect the service. When the live program opens, each adult participant will need to opt in independently.
Current demonstration: The interactive experience uses browser local storage for demonstration progress. It does not create customer accounts, sync partners, or send texts. Please do not enter sensitive or private relationship details into the demo. You can use the demonstration's Reset demo control to erase its local progress.
How information is used
We use information as necessary to operate the features you request, deliver authorized messages, respond to messages you initiate, remember choices and planned reminders, keep consent and opt-out records, safeguard the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve its reliability.
SMS consent and mobile data
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to messaging, infrastructure, and service providers solely to operate the requested services; for legal compliance; or to prevent misuse and protect security. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
Providers and AI-supported features
When enabled, service providers may help us host software, deliver communications, and provide language-model functionality. Providers may process only information necessary to perform their services under their applicable agreements. Do not assume messages to an AI assistant are confidential communications with a licensed counselor.
Privacy between partners
Partners may use separate numbers or accounts. We intend to keep individual interactions private unless a feature specifically requests your permission to share them. Private content in the current demo is not transmitted to a partner. Sharing controls and access safeguards must be completed and verified before live couple accounts open.
Retention and deletion
We retain operational records only as reasonably needed to provide the service, document consent, respond to requests, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type and provider. You can ask us about access, correction, or deletion at the email below, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Your choices
When the SMS program becomes available, reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us directly about your information or choices. Each spouse controls their own subscription.
Eligibility and security
Anthos is intended for adults aged 18 or older, not children. We employ reasonable technical and administrative measures, but no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will reflect material revisions.
